You can't beat the value of the food! You'll be full and satisfied without breaking the bank. They also have their old menus on the wall which is interesting to see how much prices have gone up since they opened!

Most eating establishments have reduced menu choices due to the pandemic. Fortunately, my "go-to" bean burger is still available. Bean burgers can be somewhat dry but the accompanying tzatziki sauce easily rectifies the problem. Very friendly service. Excellent Covid-19 protocols.

Always by go to place for a good breakfast. The food and service is always good. Price is fair. Always happy with my meal!

I read the reviews and decided to give the Ardmore a try. We went for breakfast. I had the French toast with a side of bacon and my wife had an omelette. We both had coffee. The French toast was just that, with nothing to...garnish the plate. The French toast could have used some cinnamon or icing sugar to give it extra flavour. I ordered the real maple syrup, for $3 extra, and was happy that this was an option. The bacon was tasty but over-cooked to the point of being crunchy. The omelette was pronounced as quite good in flavour but was very small and the vegetables use in the filling were sparse. The cheese was real cheddar but lacked flavour. The serve was very pleasant. The restaurant was clean, decor was diner-style with the conversations from the kitchen fully audible. The bill was $28 with tax. We did some shopping for a couple of hours after the meal. Had to have a snack when we got home and we are not over-eaters. Would not recommend this restaurant at all.More

A great breakfast place, with friendly staff, for a reasonably priced breakfast. I had an omelette freshly made with tasty toast. My waitress was lovely - nice as I was eating alone and, in common with most Canadians in my experience, kind and helpful. Good...vegetarians options available. Best news for me on UK time was that they open at 5am EVERY day so I could get something to eat while it was still dark!More

Nothing fancy cafe/ diner style restaurant that sells averagely priced breakfast and lunch. They accept cash only to keep the prices somewhat lower however for me lower prices also means lower quality. First time in my history of having Eggs Benedict did it come with...the same processed thinly sliced ham you’d put on a sandwich you’d throw in your lunch bag. Hollandaise sauce was weak and not rich as I’ve normally had it. The place is small, and busy on the weekends, prepare to be jammed in at the door waiting for a table. Overall not bad, but nothing to rush back to.More

A great breakfast place for good food at a real reasonable price. The breakfast poutine was good as was the eggs Benedict. Prices were really reasonable and the service very good.

We wanted to find a local place to support rather than Tim’s. Amazing prices with all day breakfast starting at $4. We fed our kids for $4-$8 each and we had the smoked salmon and lobster eggs Benedict which were both great. Would visit again....Cash only but an ATM is across street.More

The Ardmore Tea Room won’t blow your mind, but you won’t be disappointed. It is your traditional diner with classic breakfast and lunch foods. The prices are fantastic. It is usually very busy for a small space, so be prepared for a little wait. But...if you don’t mind waiting a few minutes for your meal, I definitely recommend.More

We went a family of 6, they don't have any table except booths which fits 4 people. 6 of us had to sit in one book since we had small kids. Very rushed, loud and busy. Having said that, Although it is very busy the...food was exceptionally delicious. We went for breakfast and everyone enjoyed their meal, not to mention very cheap. The customer service was exceptional even though the waitress are over worked, rushed and looking tired! I would highly recommend this restaurant for a quick bit on the run at a cheap price but if you enjoy an relaxing meal while enjoying a nice cup of tea or coffee and want to sit and chat with a friend, this is not the place to go!More

First time visit & I lucked out with that breakfast poutine! Though everyone else's breakfast looked great too, especially the French toast with a little pot of blueberries. Old fashioned family diner & it's a good as you'd expect from a place that's been around...since 1958. Busy place though, so you might have a wait to get a table. Lots of small tables & booths crammed in to the available space & we were lucky to get a table barely big enough to seat 4, with an extra chair added to the end for our 5th. Street parking only. Excellent & friendly service from Cassidy. We'll visit again. Especially to try the lobster eggs benedict, when that goes back on the menu for the summer! Forgot to check if that was margarine or butter on the toast.More
