Friendly staff & server greeted us (table for 4). All tables had BBQ/burner set up however we opted for non BBQ dishes. The restaurant was busy & had a fair amount of people in for dinner. Food arrived quickly which included the usual small sides. Our table ordered a couple of noodle dishes, spicy tofu & unagi donburi. We've been to many Korean restaurants and the food at Busan is very average. My unagi was a bit chewy whereas the spicy tofu dish was on par with other Korean restaurants. Definitely a 3.5 rated restaurant food wise with friendly staff & good service.

Fast Korean!

Good meal. We had a combination of traditional cook your own and made up plates. The food was good, vegetables were fresh, meat was excellent. Service was good, and very patient since we didn’t totally know what we were doing. It was also very fast. I would go again. The combo for two was almost enough for three but we did get through it.

Best f#%*ing meal I had in months!!! Highly recommend that you try it. The grill is a great experience. Bulgogi is incredible.

Had the korean bbq chicken and beef Exquisite food, plenty to eat The sides were delicious especially the kimchi and seaweed Friendly service the waitress explain everything, serve us, made sure everything was perfectly cook Her service was way over what could be expect We had a wonderful experience Recommend highly To sad that they are at 1000 km from home

Great experience!

Went here for the first time last week and was very please. We had the BBQ which you cook at the table. The staff will cook it for you if you want or you can cook it yourself. We started cooking it and the staff came and helped us out a few times. It was fun and delicious. The BBQ for two was sooo much food, we were very full by the time we were done. I will definitely go back and try some of their prepared dishes,

This is a very quaint restaurant luckily we made reservations so there was a space for us. We were a group of ten and many of us new to the Korean bbq experience. It was very fun and our server was great even with a few misunderstandings everything was great! The portions are huge so you eat till you’re full and there’s leftovers for the next day. I was prepared for it to be much more pricey than it was so that was pleasant as well. Three of us did the bbq short rib and steak... I have never had any meat that tender in my life! It was also very flavourful and filling. We will return!

I was really impressed with the Bibimbap. Very fresh ingredients and when I asked for more kimchi they brought it quickly and at no extra charge.

Wonderful experience

I had been to this Korean BBQ restaurant lots of times. I really like the way they serve customers which literally gets me. Waitresses are friendly and they try to make customers feel home. Also, they serve appetite; food is amazing, there are kinds of Korean food like soup , Korean noodles, most importantly, the pork belly was excellent! Bione is a restaurant that i would like to go over agian.

Amazing Experience

Was treated to lunch at BiOne Korean Bbq in February. The food was cooked at the table and was amazing. We had a platter for 2 that easily fed 4. The food was fresh and so good. I was concerned about the pork belly and it turned out that I couldn't get enough. Cannot wait for another visit to Halifax to go to BiOne again.

Great Korean BBQ! Very good service, food is excellent. Portions are huge, bring your appetite!! Recommend the Bulgogi beef and chicken!

Great Korean food!

I have visited this restaurant twice at lunch time and have had the same wonderful experience each time.I was guided in my seclection by my friend but the waitress was also very patient in explaining the dishesl even though she was very busy. All our choices were delicious, prices were reasonable and service was quick. The restaurant has quite a lot of seating squeezed into a small area so if you don't like this kind of restaurant coziness, it isn't the place for you. We'll be back!
