Another fun night out at The Old Triangle, only this time we were with our family. A great spot for lively entertainment! Pleasantly surprised how great the steak was. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Great value for the price! Will be back!

So the old triangle Irish alehouse is an institution. Always a lot of fun, good food and beer. Lots of live music, basically a must see in Halifax! :-)

We stopped in for supper on a cold winter Sunday night. Really great food with a homecooked feel. Lots of stairs to maneover about so if you have any... More

Went on Sunday evening with the family (all adults). It was somewhat difficult to find a table. Lots needed to be cleared. The service was great the food was even better. The live music was a nice touch but really loud for the setting.

Looking for a place to eat and wandered in. Not disappointed at all. Excellent and friendly service in a clean and superb layout. Food was great and memorable. Can I please have the recipe for the Guinness pudding??

I have visited Old Triangle restaurants in Charlottetown and Moncton, and this one does not quite measure up. Food was ok, as was service, but neither was memorable. A popular spot in downtown area.
