Had lunch here on Sunday and I really enjoyed it. they have good local wines, a really great Seafood Cake and awesome scallops. I have eaten here quite a few times when in Annapolis Royal and the food is consistently good!!

No longer reliable for gluten-free. As of spring, 2017, the place is under new ownership. The new owners do not 'get it'. The old staff were properly trained, so if you must eat here and you're gluten-free, try working DIRECTLY through the older staff and not the new owners. Better yet, play it safe and stick to alcohol here. You... More

Find this lovely refurbished old pub and you will be in for a treat. The restaurant area is small but the meals are excellent and well priced. Always a special of the day. Never left unhappy and the staff are always friendly.

As a celiac, I was prepared to order a hamburger with no bun, but the server at Ye Olde Town pub asked if I was interested in their gluten-free fish and chips prepared in a dedicated gluten-free fryer. I had a lot of gf friendly dining experiences in Nova Scotia, way more than I do back home in Florida, but... More

Not one of my favorites, the service was slow and the food wasn't the greastest either. My husband and I wont be in a hurry to go back.

After touring the sites in and around Annapolis Royal we enjoyed some local beer and food. Rappie Pie with the molasses on the side was a hit.

This pub had an eclectic choice of food and drink. I tried the Nova Scotia vodka on the rocks and it was smooth and a good pour. Food was tasty, plentiful and beautifully served.

We had a quick meal here when staying in the area. I've eaten here before and not had a problem but this time our steaks were both underdone so we weren't impressed. The wait staff was apologetic and offered a free dessert which we accepted. Didn't mention the food, you see, until we were about halfway into it. The outside... More

It just doesn't look or feel like a pub. We went there hoping for a local's hole in the wall and it just doesn't feel that way. that said the tap beer was great, the waiters fun and prompt and the food, well average. I had fish and chips which were not so good, but in fairness I gave up... More

Restaurant quite noisy but charming fish and chips delicious and a great value. Chicken wings extremely small in size and not worth the money. Service was excellent would return again
