great food, nice location. a small place but worth the wait. Call first to verify opening/closing times as printed text and websites can differ from actual operating times for non- B&B guests. Otherwise relax and have a nice meal with a view.

This is a locally owned and operated restaurant down on the waterfront. There are good eats for a fare price with excellent service to match. In the winter you can enjoy the majestic winter beauty during the day and on some evenings enjoy the dance of the northern lights. During the summer you can enjoy the warm summer lake shore... More

We stopped in early one morning for a quick breakfast before heading to the airport. We were certainly impressed: great service, great coffee and reasonable prices. We will certainly return to this little gem in Old Town.

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service and the food was great. There is local art all over the walls (for sale) and it all comes together to form a quintessential Northern Experience. Definitely recommended.

We stopped by on our last day in Yellowknife since we had heard such great things and we were not disappointed. It is a fairly small place with a nice view of the Great Slave Lake. The Arctic Char Eggs Benedict was fantastic and The Works Omelette was filling and flavorful. The wait staff was attentive, but not overbearing, and... More

Went in to get a table but was told to wait 30 minutes because the place was full. Fair enough. We wanted to do take out coffee but the waitress claimed that the place was too busy for her so she didn't want to do it for us. When we ask for tissue over the counter, she said to get... More

Nice staff and delicious food. We stayed in Old Town nearby and this was our go to place for breakfast or lunch. I had the waffle one day and a fish and chips another day. I recommend them both but the local fish was my favorite.

When planning our trip to Yellowknife, I had included Dancing Moose on our list of cafes to visit given all the good TA reviews. We were in Yellowknife for a total of 4.5 days. Every single day we drove to Dancing Moose cafe (with the exception of Monday because as per their website, they are closed), but in fact there... More

I absolutely love this place. In fact, my only complaint is that they are not open for dinner. Having said that, I recently had the opportunity to visit this lovely little cafe for lunch while on business in Yellowknife. The cafe is on the main floor of the Bayside North Bed and Breakfast. The dining room itself is small, with... More
