I live in Saint Stephen and travel to Saint John often and for various reasons. I have always passed Mother Natures en route to stores and other restaurants. However, not any longer! My girlfriend and I, who are on a weight-loss program decided to give this place a whirl and boy were we glad we did. We each ordered stir-fry... More

We have eaten here many times of the years. There are a few locations but not all locations have the same items on the menu. The one on Rothesay Ave has the largest selection but there service is not always the best. The food is always the same regardless of the location.

In a world of fast food, it's nice to have a fresher option in a food court setting. With a good variety of options without offering a million and one things, there should be something for everyone here. I had the lasagna combo which included a delicious Greek salad (my choice) and a pop. It was filling and the lasagna... More

Stopped by the Rothesay ave location to pick up some fresh pita bread. Decided to buy some rice pudding as it was hot and freshly made, it has always been a favourite of mine. It was so thin and runny, there was barely any rice in it at all, it was like a cup of warm cream. I had to... More

Very sorry for your experience with the rice pudding. When it is freshly made it takes close to 30 or 40 minutes for it to thicken. They must have taken it out too soon. I know you were very disappointed but next time when you are in for pita I would very much like to make it up for you... More

I was into the city today. And had lunch at the mother nature's in McAllister mall. I had the donair combo platter with a caeser salad. It was very good. The quality of the meat is awesome, with just the right amount of sauce. I love it and its my choice every time I am at the mall.

Loved their food until tonite. Would not toss our salads in a bowl. They always did before. Lettuce was full of brown veins. There was Mold on one of the pitas. Very little on the plates. The mall Keos is 10 times better and they treat customers with respect. I went back to counter and asked for a bowl to... More

I hadn't had Mother Nature's in a long time, and when we were deciding on where to go eat, I suggested Mother Nature's, it always tastes great and brings back good memories of all the times I've eaten there over the years.

I've eaten at Mother Natures several times for lunch when I visit Saint John, and have always found the food to be fresh, and delicious, with stir fry's and deep pita pocket choices. This time I tried it for supper. There were 2 types of lasagna: traditional and chicken. I was going to try the chicken version, but the pepper... More

Fantastic food at a great price. I usually go to the Rothesay ave. location and have never been disappointed. They have the best "red rice" ever. The thing with Mother Nature's is the atmosphere, served cafeteria style, 50's diners seating and clean your own table. No fuss... just real food. You will leave satisfied. Oh yeah, buy a package of... More

There is a variety of food. Some already prepared such as lasagna. Stir fry's and salads prepared in front of you. Service is fast and efficient. Combos run about 10 dollars.
