I like the fact that they don't recreate a dinner. It's olde fashioned and a really neat place to hang out. The hamburgers and fries are everything I grew up with. A Winnipeg must.

Great food large servings, had the hamburger patty no bum , fries and gravy. Could hardly finish meal large servings. Very busy place get there before 6 p.m. or you might have to wait always bus. The only think I didn't like is I like ice with my drink or water, no ice. Would highly recommend restaurant.

No matter what you are craving you won't be disappointed. The best pressure cooked chicken ever. Burgers, fries, spaghetti, breakfast lunch or dinner. Simply the best. Been going for years and love all the staff.

I've been to Red Top a few times, and every experience has been different. The first time we had great service, a clean booth and delicious food. The next time, the booth was dirty, service was okay, and food was good. The time after that, the booth was clean, service less than great, and food was great. It's a little... More

This is one of our favourite after work dinner spots. Family run business with a long past in Winnipeg. Famous with Winnipegers for chicken and spaghetti combo. You must wait everytime for your chicken as it is made to order.....well worth the wait. No table clothes just great food friendly staff and good value for your dollar.

I've been a regular for more than 50 years. The house salad is huge, The breakfast special is filling and at a good price. Vicki and son Peter Scouras are carrying on the tradition set by the late John Scouras and his brother Gus.

This was my first time to Red Top - and it was amazing! Went for breakfast - service was excellent and the food was delivery fast, and hot. Everything tasted so good - and the coffee is good too!

Reasonable prices great value. chicken is their specialty and highly recommended. Closes at 8 most days. Huge meals very shareable. Old style ambiance used to be car hop service in sixties. Burgers and fries very good also

The Red Top Restaurant is not your usual "greasy spoon" but a greasy spoon with character. If you liked "Happy Days", you will find the Red Top a close cousin to Fonzie's haunt. Nothing seemed to have changed in the joint since the 1950s, with the restaurant looking so authentic that it was the locale for a feature film set... More
