I was on my way to the Winnipeg Art Gallery but wanted to stop for lunch first. I pulled into the parking lot of this restaurant to search for a place to go and thought I should check out the reviews of this place. Everything I read was positive....so let's go in. The server brought me water and let me... More

I popped in to Dessert Sinsations for some delicious to go creations for my coworkers. I chose mini cheesecakes which I was told were delicious. I, also, chose a slice of Cafe Cheesecake & a slice of Ginger Maple Cake to share with my fiancé. Taste bud party for two. The cafe was clean and the decor modern. The service... More

I have visited this restaurant on several occasions with friends...I have eaten breakfasts and dinners here, as well as evening coffee/dessert. Although the desserts and the selection of sweet treats ARE amazing, this downtown restaurant is mis-named - I think that the true beauty of this restaurant is their meals! My favourite breakfast is the eggs poutine - a creative... More

The restaurant offers light meals but a wide range of assorted desserts. Highly recommend coming for a visit after a movie or a meal in another establishment.

The breakfast sandwich very good as was the the egg binedict. Helped with the decent coffees. Then the person serving us told us the best places to visit in Winnipeg. Thank you very much.

Love this cozy dessert place. Slices of cake are huge. About $9 per slice. Ok if sharing it with a friend. Pricey but good.

I went for breakfast and I couldn't believe their prices - the breakfasts ranged from $12-$17 (even as high as $25 if you opted for sides) and were nothing extraordinary, most definitely not worth the money. Weighing in at $16.50, the "golden boy" breakfast menu item should have been the cream of the crop, but had nothing more than 3... More

This place is fantastic. The desserts are AMAZING and the service is so friendly! They returned something I hated which is nice they didn't even make me pay even though I offered. Good dinner, good drinks, amazing desserts.

This is the second time in a couple of months that the item I wanted was not available. It's not that big a deal, but still...This time we ordered the rib appetizer. The waitress said the chef smokes the ribs at home and somehow that meant they were out of ribs. The salt and pepper chicken wings were very tasty.
