Moby Dick has super generous portions and really delicious fried seafood. You really get a sense of the old boardwalk here. We arrived 10 minutes before opening on a day below freezing and a line was already forming, nothing a hot cup of coffee couldn't fix. My group of three shared one of the platters that had a bit of... More

Laid back with generous portion of best fish and chips on the beach. Hoping the new owners will keep up the standards and so far so good.

This food was so good that we couldn't even tell the people we left the full extent of it. We didn't want them to feel bad that they had missed out on a hidden gem. But you have got to go here and eat at least something! The tartar sauce is made in house. You'll thank me later.

Simply the is the best fish and chip place I have found in Canada. As an ex-pat Brit I know they always produce excellent food with generous portions.

Moby Dick's is a White Rock treasure. Food and service is always superb. The fish and chips never let you down and the house made tartar sauce is the best I have ever had. We usually order take out but have also enjoyed eating in the quaint seaside restaurant. Moby Dick's is very popular in our area. I highly recommend... More

I get in the mood for fish n chips and must drive all the way out to white rock and order from Moby Dicks, you can get fish n chips anywhere but I always enjoy my order every time and the staff all work hard to get you in and out as fast as they can. On a good day... More

Since 1984.....that's how long we've been going to Moby's. Still the only fish shop we will go to. Always fresh, and always great food. Great staff and friendly service, thank you Ashley! Still not a fan of mushy peas but I understand the tradition, but if you want the best fish & chips on the waterfront, then this is it.

Fish n chips are clearly not good for you. Doesn't matter - we all eat 'em anyway. And if you're going to be bad diet-wise, at least eat good...no, GREAT...fish n chips! Been going to Moby Dick on East Beach literally for decades and not a single thing has changed in all that time. Huge portions (my partner and I... More

If you enjoy fish and chips this is your place---big portions home style. You can eat in but we enjoyed taking it across the street and eating it on the beach--there are picnic tables you can sit at and enjoy all the happenings and view.

Every 2 years a family get-together is always at Moby Dicks fish n chips. Just Love the fish n chips with mushy peas. The staff are always friendly and it's always a full house.
