This restaurant used to be one of our must-eat-at spots for breakfast every time we came to Whistler. However after our last visit there, we will never be eating there again- service has gone significantly down hill. The staff barely acknowledged us at all the whole time we were eating there. We asked if the outdoor heater could be turned... More

I went here for dinner one night. There was a small bar with two people but no one else in the front room of the restaurant (more rooms in the back-I heard a lot of happy people back there!!) so the place is larger than it appeared. The pasta and veggie dish was good and the service was good. Food... More

I have been searching for a good breakfast in Whistler for so long. . . . . Thank you Labocca for delivering. I had the canadian breakfast. My eggs came cooked to perfection. Exactly how I like! Great portions. The staff are so friendly. Will be back for sure!

My wife and I enjoyed our meal here. The server was nervous but personable. Nice menu. Tasty cocktails. Wine by the glass was very good (house cab, a BC Pinot). Excellent wild mushroom raviolis and braised bison cheeks, calamari and side dish of root vegetables. Relaxing atmosphere on a quiet Thursday night.

Hi docdux, Thank you for your recent visit to La Bocca. We are very happy that you enjoyed your meal with us. The Braised Bison is also one of my personal favorites. Thank you for your mention of the nervous server. We are in the midst of our winter season training, and we must have had someone fairly new service... More

Bland, soggy pasta dishes, made even more unpalatable by the overwhelmingly huge portions. The seared salmon with kale and sweet potatoes was dry (salmon) tough and watery (kale) and a massive portion of sliced carrot pretending to be sweet potato! The The service was excellent, however, I would not go back. The food was some of the worst I have... More

After being in Whistler for 2 weeks we discovered a lot of great places to eat, this is not one of them. The service was the worst we experienced anywhere here and the food was bland. The coffee undrinkable. We noticed another waiter was much more attentive and explained the menu and options a lot better so may be a... More

Hi digard7, Thank you for your visit to La Bocca restaurant, and your fair and honest review. We are terribly sorry that you received even less great service, and that your food was not excellent. This is not our standard at all. Nor is the undrinkable coffee, we serve Lavazza at La Bocca, which has a wonderfully nutty and hearty... More

La Bocca is an Italian inspired restaurant. It has a huge patio on the Whistler Village stroll and a nice little dining room. The food was good and the wine list was very good. The service was good. Our waiter was very helpful but the restaurant seemed very under staffed. A great place for lunch on the patio.

So, The menu is overpriced is we consider the general quality of the food. I had a pizza "Amante della pizza" and it wasn't what I was expecting. It was so salty and seems that the dough was frozen. My glass of coke was 90% ice cubes and 10% coke. My husband ordered the mushroom risotto. It was watery and... More

Great atmosphere. The food was really tasty & was very refreshing after being in the US & Canada for a few days. Home cooked style food, Meatloaf with mash, curry & Pork schnitzel. Robbo gave the best service and was good to have a laugh with.

Located on the main pedestrian mall in Whistler. Good Italian food if you're tired of burgers. Had the Pine Nut Crusted Chicken with a veggie ratatouille and the Panna Cotta for dessert. Both were tasty. Seating inside or on the patio, which is great for people watching.
