This was a fun stop for dinner. We enjoyed Pad Thai and a burger with local beers. We could browse for books in the book store next to it while we ate.

Thank you for your lovely review. The Pad Thai and burgers are delicious - we're glad you enjoyed them too! Great that you found our neighbours at Armchair Books too, great food and a great read go well together! Hope to see you next time you're in Whistler. More

I enjoyed a lot this little restaurant while in Whistler for a few days: they have good prices and yummy food. I love avocado in particular and was happy to find that they use it in a lot of dishes. I liked in particular the salmon burger and the veggie breakfast.

First visit to Gone Eatery. Beside Armchair Books in Village Square. Had veggie breakfast sandwich and cappuccino. Sandwich had kale, spinach, avo, egg. Delicious!

Nothing fancy here, but excellent soups and stews. Imaginative menu and well executed. Great place for lunch! Saw some other reviews commenting that this place was a wee bit hard to find...very true. Best landmarks are the Whistler Grocery Store and Armchair Books. Find either of these and you're steps from a great meal! I put Gone Eatery in the... More

Gone has been around the 27 years I have been visiting Whistler. Always a little hard to find, but always decent food at a decent price. Now, for the light meal genre, Gone gets my vote for the best price value deal. Gone has migrated a bit from the hippie roots. Real chairs have replaced the cushions and the big... More

I came in here on the advice of some locals to get out of the below zero weather. I had some of their smoked salmon chowder and jalapeno cheddar bread, which was hot, filling and delicious. I came back again for lunch while I was here and enjoyed the low key atmosphere, hanging out with other international tourists and locals.... More

This is what you hang out for on a cold day. A beautiful bowl of soup with bread. Go through the Book Shop to it as it's sort of hidden. All food here looks delicious.

Delicious soup, perfect for a cold crisp day. Filling and flavourful. Changes daily. Ate here twice for lunch, both soups were excellent.

It is a very unassuming restaurant. They cater to vegan and regular diners alike. Service was quick and pleasant. Food is great. The place is easy to miss.
