I was staying at the Four Seasons resort where the restaurant is located. It is pretty much a hotel restaurant as it is not centrally located and does not have anything special to attract outsiders. I had two dinners there. First night in the hotel, after 24hs trip, I have ordered a Ceviche (tasteless) and a Pork Chop (lots of... More

Food was excellent, service was very good. I eat beef rarely, so like each bite to taste great. They have different rubs for their meat, so it was fun to order different rubs. Extensive wine list. Would definitely go back.

Great steak and great dessert and great wine list. Also best breakfast in town. Just love it. Just try not to over do it before you hit the soaps to ski :)

I was expecting fine dining at its best since this was the four seasons. The restaurant was noisy and tables very close together so the ambience was not fine dining at all. The choice of starters was disappointing so much so I didn't have one, however I choose the crab legs for main course and they were excellent. So good... More

If you are looking for a great steak, this is the place to go. Aged beef cooked to perfection. They have rubs for all the cuts of meat but I had mine with just salt and pepper and it was amazing.

With freshness, quality and sustainability in mind, Sidecut integrates Pacific Northwest ingredients and local produce, including a variety of vegetables from the Resort’s own 2,700-square-foot rooftop garden and the nearby agricultural community of Pemberton. Sidecut uses the top two percent of Canadian Prime Beef and searing in the perfect flavor with the 1800-degree infrared grill. For starters my wife and... More

Good dinner choices, great service, reasonable wine list with some good value. But what really stands out is the incredibly amazing breakfast buffet, every day adding new items, a great start for the slopes!

This was our second time dining at Sidecut. The best meal I had in Whistler. Ordered the Washington State pork chop with mashed potatoes and their green beans. The meat was cooked to perfection and the taste/seasoning was wonderful. They brought me gluten free bread too. The service was excellent. It was all very relaxing and we never felt rushed.... More

Description
Named for the curvature on the side of a ski or snowboard, Sidecut offers a modern take on traditional mountain cuisine. Situated in the celebrated alpine location of Whistler, the restaurant's sleek wood interior offers an inviting setting where diners can cozy up to the open fireplace or dine on our sun soaked patio. Enjoy dishes such as the Steakhouse "Sushi" Roll, Bourbon Birch Braised Belly of Pork, or prime-aged steakhouse cuts, cooked to perfection and inimitably paired with house-made rubs and signature sauces. Featuring a locally-sourced menu that evolves seasonally, the restaurant's farm- and ocean-to-table influence pays homage to British Columbia's diverse fare. To complement any meal, the extensive wine list features international labels as well as an exclusive selection of B.C.'S premier vintages. Here, steak is more than a meal. It's an experience.
