Fantastic service, amazing food in particular the steak. Great location in the four seasons hotel Whistler. Very attentive service and the food was fantastic. Both fish and meat dishes.

The duck and the snapper where prepared to perfection. So we're the sides of roasted potatoes, little peppers, spinach and Asian mushrooms. Soup and beef tongue as appetizer were also excellent. The complimentary fresh bread was too good to leave any leftover. For dessert, the...More

Had lunch and was pleased. Very good service by Christina. Ordered the pizza and it was just the right size for lunch. She was very prompt with a glass of wine, but had to wait for a bourbon/seven until the bartender returned. There was plenty...More

Enzo Ferrari would have been proud. A team wearing Ferrari Red T-shirts, with single product (dis)assembly stations supplied by a central preparation and production center under the watchful eye of Chef Artie. Quality control, minute by minute, by Artie. A Maestro directs with a baton....More

We went to Sidecuts to celebrate my husbands 65 birthday this past weekend. The menu was not your standard menu. Lots of different culinary choices. We had the hemp and kale salad and the beet with quinoa bowl to start. Both salads were good. I...More

After a long day of hiking, we felt we'd earned a nice diner. Since we had little energy remaining to wander through the village for a spot, we chose to eat at our hotel restaurant, Side Cut. Side Cut is what you'd expect from an...More

We generally ate out on the patio and chose from the lounge menu. The food was outstanding! The Ahi tuna burger was one of the 10 best things we've ever eaten. The real treat was the Thursday barbecue on the patio. It was wildly popular...More

This is priced like other high end restaurant breakfast buffets, it is $40 cad per person which is high given the amount of food we ate. But did enjoy it the two days we were there. Just be aware of the cost,it has a large...More

It was shocking how poor of a dining experience this was. When you think of Four Seasons you certainly expect a quality dining experience. Not sure where to start. The atmosphere was ho hum, a let down for sure for a fine dining restaurant. Service...More

The food and service were good. Nice spot to sit outside on the patio. Still working out a few kinks with their new menu items.

I received a call from the General Manager of the hotel who seemed genuinely concerned. I haven't yet had a chance to talk to him but apparently the customer's voices are being heard. This restaurant does not meet high end... More

I'm not sure about high chairs and booster seats but I imagine they do it's the four seasons. They seem to have everything under control. Kids are certainly welcome. Enjoy your visit. Cheers

Named for the curvature on the side of a ski or snowboard, Sidecut offers a modern take on traditional mountain cuisine. Situated in the celebrated alpine location of Whistler, the restaurant's sleek wood interior offers an inviting setting where diners can cozy up to the open fireplace or dine on our sun soaked patio. Enjoy dishes such as the Steakhouse "Sushi" Roll, Bourbon Birch Braised Belly of Pork, or prime-aged steakhouse cuts, cooked to perfection and inimitably paired with house-made rubs and signature sauces. Featuring a locally-sourced menu that evolves seasonally, the restaurant's farm- and ocean-to-table influence pays homage to British Columbia's diverse fare. To complement any meal, the extensive wine list features international labels as well as an exclusive selection of B.C.'S premier vintages. Here, steak is more than a meal. It's an experience.
