Sat at the bar, which was fine, upstairs was very busy. Very friendly and helpful bar person. Two of our dishes on the special menu were great. The fish was just OK as it seemed a little "old".

This bar had a huge selection of beers to choose from. Great place to grab a beer and chill. Their food was so satisfying, we had the meatballs, pork belly burger and the chicken wings, of which none disappoint. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a short wait of 15 minutes before being seated at about 7.15 on a Monday, but it was worth the wait. The staff were charming, accommodated my terrible humour and served us really efficiently. We enjoyed two flights of beer - going with...More

We had the stuffed mushroom special and the warm salad special and both were fantastic. The staff had great drink recommendations and the atmosphere is hip and modern but not pretentious. Great date night locale!

Second time there and sat at the bar both times. Turns out, it’s the best option anyway! I left the bartender in charge of my order and was not disappointed. Each time I was ready for a new beverage, I was awarded with a new,...More

Recommended by our concierge as good for craft beers, and completely exceeded our expectations. I counted 51 craft beers and two ciders on the menu; the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and we were given a tutored guide to what to taste. Amazingly knowledgeable and helpful...More

A (young) Vancouver resident recommended this place. We went early evening, before the crowds. I'm not a fan of Canadian craft beer -- too strong, too heavily hopped -- but if you want to sample it this is the place to come: the range of...More

I ended up discovering one of my favorite beers here. It's a bit out of the way but is a good space. Service was average, friendly but not overly notable. The menu wasn't my favorite, we ordered some mushrooms but nothing to exciting. Probably just...More

I never seem to be disappointed with the Alibi. It can get very busy and there may be a wait. Seating is both upstairs and downstairs. Long communal tables and individual tables in brick exposed interior, on the edge of gas town next to the...More

We both had scrambles which were both great!! Wishing I had the broccoli version as it was muvh tastier than mine. Great service, and casual atmosphere.

A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and
stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of
being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many
plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell
the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's
history a more lively presence here than anywhere
else. Having been originally founded around a popular
worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of
