I have visited Thai Away Home multiple times for take-away Thai food. Always deliciously prepared; my favourite being the curries (red/yellow), chicken /ginger stir fry or chicken cashew meal. Go before 16:00 for very reasonable lunch prices.

A reasonably priced Thai Food placeo n Cambie Street. The food is good and I almost always have the Thai chicken and cashew dish.

We stopped in here after a movie on a cold November evening...we were drawn in by the inexpensive and varied menu. We both ordered the daily special, which was a yellow curry with fried red peppers, onions and garlic, a choice of chicken, beef or tofu, served with rice and a salad. We ordered at the counter and our food... More

After driving all day and just arrived we walked by this small palace. We wanted to have a relaxed meal at the Airbnb, this was very sufficient! The food tasted good, the portions are oke (not American big, not share-able) and the food was hot. The lady at the counter didn't have her day i guess but apart from that:... More

Our first visit to this quaint family Thai eatery. We were not disappointed with our order of red curry chicken and ginger tofu. Adding a hot tea, our total bill came out to $19 including tax. Portions were adequate for a quick lunch. We would recommend this to others to give it a try.

I took my Asian family here and they all enjoyed the pad thai. The people were nice and the food portion size was good. You might be able to smell weed from outside, since they keep the window open.

I have been ordering Thai Away Home take-out for the last year or so and have noticed a very noticeable reduction in the portions. There hasn't been a corresponding drop in prices. Also, I've noticed a lot more cabbage in their vegetable dishes. I am now questioning if I wanna go back there or look for another Thai restaurant in... More

I have known about this restaurant for years but only just rediscovered it. Since then, I've returned at least once a week for noodles! I keep saying to my friends that if you want good tasty, good Thai food, go to the USA, but now I'm thankful this restaurant is in my hood! The fried noodles are seriously authentic and... More

My first time eating at this restaurant. I went in with no preconceptions at all. The Tom Ma soup was super hot and spicy. Loved it! Same with the green curry. The Thai waitresses were very friendly and offered excellent service. The meal represented good value for the buck.
