this restaurant was part of our hotel next door. It seemed to work on a sharing kind of menu so we tried to choose some things that were different just to get an experience of different tastes. The staff were very knowledgeable about the dishes...More

This is a good restaurant with a different and creative menu. Food was local, fresh, farm-to-table, healthy, green....... Excellent service and a very nice venue. I do think it's a bit overrated. Glad I tried it, but I would not go back.

Beyond compare. Amazing food, superb, thoughtful service. Off chart, and great value!!! Don’t even consider Edible Canada (sounds like a similar menu) for this kind of food - local, green, fresh. Casual atmosphere with four star service. Thanks Sebastian!!!

Wanted to book somewhere nice (but local to our accommodation) for the last night of our 3 week vacation in Canada. Searched Trip Advisor and Forage came up on the list so we thought we would give it a try....and we were certainly not disappointed!...More

Lovely venue with an enjoyable sharing style of eating. Service was exemplary. Food, which was all local, was worth the trip to Vancouver in itself. Great beer selection to go alongside the food and the wine was lovely.

Excellent food & service. The bison was fabulous! Our waiter - Jackson - did a great job as well. Highly recommend.

Popular restaurant with a varied menu, excellent quality food, attentive staff. Always seemed busy so reservations are advised for dinner. Breakfast was also very good, particularly the pancakes with maple syrup and blueberries, and the bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and warm green leaves...More

Chef Whittaker’s vision features dishes that are unpretentious and innovatively prepared using products sourced from local and organic farmers, fishers and producers whenever possible. These combine for a menu featuring snacks such as “crackling & popcorn”; a variety of creative “boards” and “irons” to share; tasty “plates” to nosh on together or enjoy solo as a main; and desserts for a sweet (and a bit savoury) finish.
