I went there for lunch with my friend. We both had the burger. Mine arrived rare and I sent it back. I found the waiter on the overzealous side. The new burger was good but certainly not spectacular. Can't say it's worth it for the...More

Hi there! Thank you for your lunch visit. We changed our burger some time ago - it is two 3oz patties. We changed it to local grass fed beef (made for us by Two Rivers). When we were grinding our own burger meat in house...More

Although I've been here twice before, the team at Fable made this a truly special meal with my fiancée. Our service was meticulous and the staff all at the top of their game. The gnocchi was ethereal and the appies ('canned' tuna and salad) were...More

Visited this place with friends. One of the worst customer service experiences anywhere. Firstly, the hostess was least interested in seating us and secondly was giving us recommendation on other restaurants nearby. They have to realize that customers are why they are in business. Having...More

RKrarumb, I'm very sad to see this perception. One star! What I can absolutely assure just through reading your review is that if you were recommended a nearby restaurant, it was because we did not have a table available before it had been committed to...More

Amazing delicious fusion food only from local ingredients there definitely can be tasted. It is so delicious and the staffs are so sweet. Make sense after I visited the place, that local people call it the best restaurant in town.

We were in Vancouver for our son's graduation from UBC and he got to pick the daily restaurant. Fable was on his list. The name comes from Farm to Table; they use locally sourced meats and produce. We patronized the West 4th Ave location. The...More

Hi Ellen, I hope to address the concerns listed for your visit the best that I can. Most important point first - the octopus goes through quite a cooking process and should not be tough at the end of that process –this is being looked...More

I'm afraid we are not blessed with a patio! Just to know - dogs are not legally allowed where food is served in Vancouver unfortunately. (Unless a licensed assistance dog).
