Went here for homemade gelato, hot Belgian chocolate and a cool ginger drink..delicious and nice to have after a great lunch. You can seat outside and enjoy the ocean view! Quaint location :)

I liked the flavours but there was nothing special about them. The Japanese gentleman who served us was very polite and cordial. Not very large space, so depending on the hour of the day you come it could be crowded.

There’s many places to get ice cream in Granville Island but I always find my way back to GI Gelato located under the Granville Street Bridge. Visted back in July and had their Strawberry Gelato ($5). If you're looking for this place, you have to walk along the pier behind the Sandbar Seafood Restaurant.

We visited for Gelato on a hot day with 3 kids, a teen and 2 parents. Gelato was great, we tried 6 different flavours. I really enjoyed an espresso flavoured one. Gelato is nice for the warm, it doesn't melt quite as fast as soft serve ice cream, but is consistancy-wise not as hard as hard scooped ice cream. These... More

My sister had the coffee gelato and enjoyed it very much. I was in the mood for something fruity so I ordered the peach sorbetto. I was informed that the difference between sorbetto and gelato is that sorbetto is made with water and gelato with milk. That must have made a huge difference because my sorbetto was tasteless. I ended... More

We love this quaint little shop. It is nestled on the waters edge on Granville Island. Their gelato is a delicious treat we looked forward to while walking and enjoying the sights.

While traveling my husband and I stopped into a cute coffee house on Granville Island behind the Arts Club Theatre and under the bridge. This place is on False Creek in Vancouver and you can sit outside or in. We decided to sit at the café tables outside and watch the boats go by on the waterfront. There is a... More

Stepped around the corner from the crowded Public Market dock and found this quiet little gem, tucked under the Granville Bridge...bridge pillar view from the front windows. Had an absolutely wonderful cappuccino and chocolate cookie while enjoying the silence. Very pleasant young woman on duty behind the espresso bar. Can't speak to the gelato...not my thing.
