Good food, reasonably priced and served by friendly staff. We were directed to this restaurant by our hotel host. It was one of her favorites, and it was easy to see why.

Very shady place.. Expensive food for what you get. Extremely Slow service when there was only 3 tables full in the whole place. Look at your bill before you leave they outright ask you for a tip and hide the fact that they charge you an automatic gratuity and no signs are posted. On $100 they charge automatic gratuity of... We stopped here on our way to Banff for a quick breakfast. I had the pancakes which were fluffy and tasty with the strawberry sauce. Hubby had the two egg breakfast and his bacon was nice and crisp and the eggs done as he asked. The waitress was funny and started our day off right. This was a great choice... More

We rolled into Jasper at 8:00 PM on a Sunday night 1 hour before closing time. The waitress looked after us and got us fed quickly and back on the road. Place was clean and the menu offered enough variety for everyone. don't be put off by the fact that it is attached to a PetroCanada Station. There is lots... More

Food is fine. Nothing special from a dinner but the pancakes were the highlight. Our waitress Mindy was very rude, though. For no reason she was curt, dismissive, talked and laughed about us from the kitchen. Really unfortunate situation for no reason. Ask for another server if you can.

This restaurant is a staple of most Jasper visits. Well located on the main drag it is the quintessential roadside diner. Good good, a large menu, all day breakfast and a clean, bright decor make this a must for a quick bite, a rained out camper breakfast or just a stop on a Highway 16 trek east or west.

Went for breakfast with family, located right across a gas station close to the hotel we stayed..a 5 mins walk.. good natural light with huge glass windows. Family friendly, casual service and attentive staff. Loved their cheese omelette and coffee service which never stopped coming. Will visit again

If you are looking for a place that the locals frequent, then this is the place for you. Ask anyone who's lived here for any amount of time, and they'll tell you they always go to the Bright Spot for breakfast. Staff is like a second family to the regulars. Good home cooked food, and without a doubt my favourite... More
