So first, let me just say that I absolutely love Transcend coffee. I'm a long time buyer and fan, but I only recently (this morning) experienced their cafe in person. I'm also the kind of crazy person who's spent time studying coffee. My intent was to purchase two beverages and two bags of beans - one decaf for my partner... More

I've just recently learned to appreciate good coffee after a trip to Europe, so I've been trying local coffee at different places, and this is my favorite! The flavor in the lattes is so rich, full and smooth! I've been a couple of times and will be back!

Lovely stop at Transcend Coffee (made famous by Jessica Biel)! Our server was friendly and helpful and even made a little heart on top of our drinks with the milk foam. We tried the Carrera Lattes and they were awesome!!!

Excellent coffees and teas, great baking, friendly staff, and a nice warm, airy atmosphere for getting a bit of work done near the University of Alberta, which is just a 5-minute walk away. This is my regular 'landing pad' when looking to get an hour of work in in Edmonton. Located near the High Level Bridge, where there are also... More

A fantastic coffee shop owned by locals who absolutely LOVE what they do ! Always fresh roasted and always ethically grown. It's literally some of the best coffee in the world...as proven by the barista competitions in Italy (they won)

We tend to stop here for hot chocolate or coffees before we head to the movies. There aren't always seats in this hipster coffee space, but service is quick and friendly. The coffees and hot chocolates are really cool and they have complimentary water too.

Lots of places claim #1 spot. But do they travel to the jungle and hand select the beans?- no . Do they know the farmers ?- no. Do they ship the beans green and custom roast the in Edmonton ?- no. Make the drive to any one of the Transcend shops in Edmonton.

At first when I went in, it didn't look really inviting because the floor is cement and there's a lot of concrete, but that impression changed quickly. The cinnamon bun I got was soft and delicious, the mocha is pretty good and there's a good balance between private feeling tables and ones for big groups.

My husband is particular about his coffee and goes out of his way to visit this shop when in town. We visited the argyll location. He ordered a clover machine black coffee. He said it was delicious. I got an almond milk masala chai, which was recommended by the barista for it being extra spicy. It was good, I liked... More
