Been there a few times and I loved the service and the food. Never to busy just the way I like it. I recommend people to try it out very close to the ski hill.

Great local place. They have it all on the menu and it's all good. From the fried rice to the hamburger steak and onions. It really is all good. Great staff and fun little spot.

We ate breakfast here twice on our last trip to Calgary and loved it! The food is tasty. The menu has something for every taste and the price is very, very reasonable. I had the Eggs Benedict with Strip Bacon. My husband enjoyed his Denver Omelet immensely too! This place has a lot of charm and the waitress is very... More

Dell Cafe has been in existence since 1950ish. There is nothing fancy on the menu, just good home cooking. The Chinese food is not 5 star but still tasty. The wor wonton soup is one of the best in town. The steak sandwich is always cooked perfect. Dell Cafe is a good place for a decent meal at a decent... More

I went for Sunday morning breakfast. Wasn't busy so service was quick. Coffee was only warm not hot. I ordered the special two eggs over easy bacon, hash browns and brown toast. The cook doesn't know how to flip eggs because one yoke was broken and the eggs were just flipped fried side up. The hash browns were hand cut... More

The Dell is an iconic Bowness cafe and a local favorite. Prices are reasonable and service friendly. As others have noted the ownership has changed and somehow this has affected the ambiance and for me the taste of the food. Still a place to come back to. Don't forget to visit the bakery next door.

Had some really good food here - cute little diner, even sells t-shirts, food was great, inexpensive and portion-size was great. Location is not so great - has bars on the windows which usually means located in a bad area. But worth it.

I've been looking for a great burger place, especially after Cochrane's A1 Drive-In closed. Dell Cafe is a hole in the wall in Bowness, exterior isn't great and interior is even worse... but the burger was awesome and the gravy was amazing! So much better than the burger franchises. Both my husband and I enjoyed the gravy made from scratch... More

Average place. Weird setting. Thought we'd try something new. Love a good Ruben. It tasted ok but I could tell the meat had been rewarmed and the cheese was sparse. Well, I paid for it BIG TIME. Horrible food poisoning and when we told them they didn't believe us. Run, don't walk as far away as fast as you can!!!!
