Tried the hamburger with cucumber salad. Burger was juicy and full of flavour. Bun was perfect. Cheese and bacon, deliscious. Tried a whiskey sour and the house special whiskey. Both were perfect. Highly recommend this place. Service was attentive.

Great atmosphere and the sweet smell of smoke from the Old Fashioneds that are created there help give it a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great appetizers and Happy Hour prices make this place a must on the list.

Thank You Stephanie for bringing everything together, a most enjoyable Experience. Happy Hour means Wings only, Manhattans, and wine by the glass. Wings were tasty, house cut fries nicely seasoned, bacon wrapped dates were Tops. Lots of screens, but comfortable ambiance, Repeat.

Excellent place. I was a little concerned about some of the reviews and the restaurant being in a hotel lobby but this place was fabulous. We had no issue with its situation. The service was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and informed. The...food was delicious and very well seasoned. We enjoyed watching the Old Fashioned’s being made and had one ourselves just for the experience. I would certainly go again. Our one minor complaint was that the two seater tables were a little close together and impersonal. If they had taken one of them away and spread us out a little it would have been more comfortable. Fabulous evening and great food and service.More

The ambience and service were great, watching the smoked whiskey drinks being made at other people’s tables was fun. Even the menu selections got us very excited, with many of our all-time favourite dishes to choose from. Our problem was that every dish (except the...Caesar salad) was so spicy it ruined the flavour. We sent back the beef tartar due to the over-use of Tabasco. The Albacore Tuna burned the mouth completely, and although the grilled octopus was fantastic it was sitting on a bed of chick peas, etc that we couldn’t eat it was so spicy. Even the fries had bbq spice with chilli peppers. Nowhere on the menu did any of these dishes declare that they were spicy, which could have helped us avoid them. Kudos to the staff and management who really did try to make things right, but at the end of the night we wished we had gone somewhere else for dinner.More

Busy spot on a Saturday night before a Flames game. Lots of people around us trying the various ways to drink whisk(e)y, which was interesting. Service was quick, wine/beer good, but were disappointed on the food. Very small menu. We shared a charcuterie board which...was large and very nice (other than the blue cheese!) and a hamburger with caesar salad, which were both just okay. Not sure why I was underwhelmed, but this was just not my type of place. If you were going with a group, it would be great to try a bunch of different things.More

This is one of the best breakfast restaurant I ever attended. The Canadian breakfast was perfect. The bacon was crispy. Hasbrown was tasty. I have it twice during this trip and will certainly visit it again if there will be chance. Service is nice.

On our second time here, we were not disappointed. Service was superb, food was amazing! Had the local trout, from the Bow River. If you love fish, I recommend the trout! Our first time here, had the spicy chicken sandwich, excellent, Great atmosphere and seated...promptly, as this time we did not have a reservation. We will be back to enjoy the food & atmosphere. Within walking distance of the Arts, concert hall, Calgary tower.More

This was our second time here and had another great time! Jamie was our server again. She is so attentive but unobtrusive. Her knowledge of the menu is extensive. We will be back!

Yyes- I found all the restaurants on Stephen Avenue to be fairly casual.
