This is where we like to go after a ski day or a hike. Far less expensive and less pretentious than the pubs and eateries at the Chateau. It's clean and bright, the staff are friendly, and the beer is cold. A great place to stop before the long drive back to the city.

Came here after a day on the mountain and glad we did. Had the angry burger, pouting and a beer. All good food and friendly service. Seemed just a tad pricey, but it was still good.

We went there for quick lunch after snow shoeing at Lake Louise. I didnt expect anything spectacular bc it was at a hostel and the price is very decent. I was wrong ! The soup was home made and the burger was moist with good flav ! You can tell they care about the food. The only small disappointment was... More

Ate there on 3 of the 4 nights we had free once we found it. Amazing pasta dishes and the chicken burgers (Breast) which were great for recovery after big ski days. A few nice deserts too. Amazing value for money and would highly recommend at least one visit. After that one you'll want to go back again. Friendly staff... More

This rustic little restaurant is located in the international hostel. Easy walking distance (across the street) from the Lake Louise Inn where we were staying. Good variety of local beers on tap (think there were 8) - something we always look for when traveling. My husband and I couldn't make up our minds so tried the edamame, poutine, and elk... More

While staying for a week at the Chateau Lake Louise, we were so disappointed in the quality of the Chateau's food on the first day that we ate at Bill Peyto's every day we were in the area. That meant Breakfast every day, and late lunch / early supper when we were skiing at the Lake Louise Ski Area.

Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The atmosphere is cozy and casual. The staff is friendly and attentive! The draft beer is the cheapest in town and you can’t beat a wood burning fireplace after a day exploring the great outdoors! We stayed across the street at the Inn and ate most of our meals at this hostel! Next time... More

Met with friends for supper at the newly renovated Cafe! We had a lovely dinner together! The service was excellent, the food was awesome, and the prices were very reasonable for the area! Highly recommend it!

Freshly made and piping hot eggs, home fries, bacon, toast and coffee for $9.75, with great service and a smile. Brilliant start to the day and so much better than the buffet breakfast at Lake Louise Inn over the road at $15.

The staff is friendly enough, even considering the bartender's smirky disposition, but the food was just ok and the service was ridiculously slow. It took over an hour after ordering to get our food.
