The food here was good here and the service was admirable. We had a family member joining us late and the lady who I assume co-owner the place kept his food warm for him and brought it to the table as soon as he arrived. That's hospitable service and a beautiful example of how to look after your customers. Desserts... More

One of many repeat visits to the best pub food establishment in Dronfield. Food and service is always top quality and very reasonably priced, with nothing to deter you from going again...

We were visiting family who live nearby and wanted a reasonably priced nice pub for Sunday lunch before we came home. Great selection of local beers, always a a real plus point! Lunch was brilliant. Yorkshires with all meat, loads of veg and great gravy. Staff were really friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Great selection of hand pulled beers. Plus a superb selection of real ciders that would put most Westcountry pubs to shame. Will definitely visit again when in the area. Very knowledgeable landlord.

Have been coming here for a few years now. Always a vast selection of hand-pulled real ales on the bar, large selection of ciders and proper home cooked food. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are really friendly.

Now also the home of Drone Valley Brewery, this always has a good selection of beers, over-sized glasses (Camra, take note) and very reasonable prices
