It really is a lovely setting and although you will be outside take a moment en route to the bathroom to appreciate the structure inside (gents dont be embarrassed at the picture in the bathroom, they are laughing at us all) From the beginning there...are too many staff running around, confusion was never far away. I will return later to this. We ordered a kids meal for 15 euro in reality we should have chosen a primi and maybe dessert as she was too busy playing. We had 2 starters. The cheese was enough for 2 and varied personally i prefer my cheese colder but thats me! The next table was amercan and their waiter correctly advised them to start from young to old cheese, our waiter just put it down and left. We had 2 primi, not too big but enough and 1 main which was the roast goat. It was ok but not my favourite meat but i took it as it was the days special abd when in Rome.......At the end we had also drunk a litre of house wine, 2 coffees, 2 litres of water and an amaro all for 77 euro which i thought was fair. Paying however was a long process. The lady, i assume the owner, had to ask everyone to identify their waiter as sh didn't trust thepieces of paper she had. Fhis made for a long queue and process.More

Typical of Agriturismo offerings this is proudly family run and you get the feel they have fun delivering their own grown food to your table. Wonderful choices through the menu including a good value set menu option. House wines were agreeable. Some of the family...able to speak passable English and took time and with great patience to explain everything on the menu to us. Pricing - excellent. Location excellent. Setting excellent. Food variety, presentation excellent. Service excellent. Happy customers? Excellent.More

I found this restaurant thanks to other TA reviewers and we made a booking for 7.30 pm When we arrived slightly early , tables were being set but the restaurant was not open so we visited the little shop to taste and buy cheese made...on the farm. At 7.30 the friendly waitresses said that they would not be ready for 15 mins . At 7.45 a few other people arrived and we were welcomed into a very large barn dining room. I thought it might feel a bit isolated and quiet but families started pouring in and by soon after 8pm the place was full . We soon realised why : interesting and good quality food is served in a friendly and informal atmosphere and there was a great feeling that everyone was enjoying themselves. The price (determined by number of courses) is low and you will certainly not go hungry . The antipasto is a large, interesting selection of meat, cheese and vegetables . For the main course we had a large helping of thinly sliced beef which was extremely tasty and tender . Service was extremely friendly. We were looked after by a young lady who spoke very good English and was very happy to explain everything to us. It was a great evening : a simple but authentic and high quality meal , amazing value and lovely atmosphere. Book in advance and enjoy.More

This restaurant was an unexpected find. It is located on what seemed like a Family farm and the decor and ambiance were delightful. The menu was all inclusive with choices of appetizer , first course, second course and dessert. The choices for each course we're...all locally grown or raised product. The eating experience was one of the best we've had in Italy. Our server Stefano made the experience that much better. He is part of the family that owns it. You need reservations as it was a packed house. A hidden gem in my opinion.More

Visiting the area for a family reunion, one evening we left the group and dined at Masseria Belimento. The experience was unforgettable from start to finish. The establishment is run by two families who know and practice Italian southern hospitality. All theirs offerings are produced...'in house', great cheeses (especially the warm ricotta, not to be missed), fried vegetables appetizers, delicate meatballs and potato croquettes that literally melt in your mouth and so much more make up the incredible 'antipasti' course. Second course are the pastas...delicious, and if you still have room for more a meat course is offered. At the end of our meal we enjoyed Mamma's pasticciotto e delicate dessert consisting of short crust pastry with a creamy filling :) - this is a MUST visit restaurant, be sure to reserve in advance as they will only accept a limited amount of people every night.More
