We were staying at Montecristo Estates when a shuttle driver recommended this place for breakfast. Even though it was off the main tourist area, we are so grateful we were steered to this restaurant. When we arrived and saw how many local people were here, standing in line, and enjoying their food, we knew it was the right choice. The... More

I almost hate to tell people about this amazing locals restaurant. We eat there often and take all our visitors there at least once during their visit. From the parking/security guy to the wait staff and the cooks, the people here are amazing and friendly and help with any Spanish you may be lacking. The food always gets a photo... More

When in Cabo San Lucas people all too often go to either tourist or glitzy spots. The Campestre is not El Farrolon. While staying at Grand Solmar we struck up a conversation with an employee who offered to take us to his favorite restaurant when we asked for a local non tourist authentic Baja style eatery. To be sure, Campestre... More

What a jewel! Hidden off the beaten track, this is where the locals go. Not well lit so you need to know where to find it - walk in and it's a humble setting. The food and the service are fantastic!!! Imperial shrimp, fajitas - wow and the bananas flambé!!!!! We will eat here every time we come back -... More

In the past they didn't serve dinner but do now which is a blessing for us. The taste and flavor is super and the serving size is "large"--carry out boxes provided. Service is very pleasant and fast. Be sure and finish with house made flan.

Frequently by locals, this was our second year visiting here on vacation. Mexican dishes are absolutely delicious! Large portions so share if you have a smaller appetite. Service excellent. Salsas and pick de gallo are scrumptious. Very reasonably priced. Located a little away from the heart of downtown so taxi service or taking your own car required. Casual dress okay... More

We had dinner here based on a recommendation and the TripAdvisor reviews and were NOT disappointed! Most definitely need to take a cab as it is located a good mile off the main drag. Good mix of locals and tourists. Four meals and drinks for $26 US! Fresh ingredients made everything excellent and fun garnish on the drinks!
