Really nice cafe at a picturesque location, great selection of food including gluten free, very busy but staff are so efficient and attentive, friendly service
We have ordered 4 Pizzas for 8 of us who went for the trip. Lovely atmosphere and lovely stop to stop by on the way to Wicklow mountains or coming back for food. Dog friendly place and Super friendly staff! the Best pizza that I...had so far! Staff wasn't against us moving all the tables around so we could all fit in. I will Definitely Visit again!More

Was here a few weeks ago and the staff were very friendly and the good was delicious, I will definitely be back 😀
Filthy dishes, water had stuff floating in it and the waitress brought my cup for tea out and it had bits of food stuck to it and other stains, I was shocked she even thought this was ok to serve, immediatly asked for a new...cup. The other dishes and cutlery also had stains. The food was ok but nothing special and the waitresses were careless, didn’t even take the menus off our table when we ordered and they almost ran off after putting something on the table, giving us no time to ask for more stuffMore
On Sat 14-Aug-21, I led a group of 10 cars on a Classic Run (Sprites n Midgets) over the Sally Gap and down to the Hollywood Cafe for lunch. Our timing throughout the day was tight and we had just 1.25 hours to park, get...seated, order, eat and get away to our next destination on time. Well, it was a very pleasant thing as we drove in (on time), to find staff there to help us park quickly and safely. On entering the covered outdoor area, our reserved seating/tables for 16 were waiting for us. We were attended at once by a number of attentive young ladies and we had very little time to wait until our food was served. I know from comments passed around by members in our group after the weekend, that they were very impressed with the range of food available, and the quality of their selections. Our time there passed very quickly and we had to be on our way. Would I book a group in there again? Yes, absolutely and without a doubt. I doff my hat to Chris and his team for such excellent organisation, courteous service and delicious food.More
Went for a drive around Blessington lakes and took short trip to Hollywood Cafe for pizza with the kids early on Saturday evening. Pizza was excellent. My wife got the vegetarian pizza and it is super tasty. Very customer friendly. Well done Hollywood Cafe.
Being coeliac, eating out is always hit and miss. But the mixed sandwich was absolutely spot on and unlike most other gluten free options, didn't cost more than the normal bread. It was probably even bigger. Very filling with a satisfying cuppa too. I'd definitely...recommend this gem.More
Ate at the hollywood cafe on the way home from glendaloug, the pizza was absolutely sensational proper New York style pizza no overly fancy ingredients. Just good quality, good craft and huge effort put in. The staff were really friendly and nice. When I asked...the chef about the dough and how they make it she came around and chatted to me about their work. Will be back ASAP Coffee was also top notchMore
Stopped in for takeaway scones and Homemade brown bread. It is like stepping back in time. What the owner has done is incredible. I can't wait to eat in here again when lockdown is over. The scones were amazing and the brown bread too. Staff...are just so polite and nice, Don't pass this café by . It is well worth the visit.More
