We come here primarily for the music. Love Sensa Nova and anything Omar does with anyone else. The pizza is pretty good and it is a great place to dance.

Had dinner at this restaurant when in San Carlos. They serve outstanding quality at very good prices. I had the nachos & my husband had a chicken sandwich & both were absolutely delicious. The next morning (early) we stopped by assuming they were serving breakfast. Even though they weren't ready to serve the wonderful woman who runs the kitchen made... More

Try the chope on draft. Bar that seeks to provide what locals and sailors need, like propane and drinking water as well as the beer. Great decor and atmosphere for a bar/pub. Indoor and outdoor eating/drinking. Used to be good eating but that's not been good for the last year, hence the lower review.

I have eaten there and has good food and I have sat there just to have a few beers and listen to music. The bartenders and waitresses are very nice. All good. I haven't had to swat flies like the other person that posted. Always has been clean.

There is a local man that sits with a fly swatter and kills fly's all afternoon. They are everywhere. Place is dirty....we will never return.

This is the hangout in town and has been for quite a while. The sopa, pizza and guacamole are favorites. My all time regular is the tostada camaron. Fresh and delicious...all I need for a great meal. Captain's Club has good TV's for favorite events, but I'm no longer as interested in dancing to loud, live music as much as... More

Out of all the restaurants this is the place to go if you want to just run into gringos. But if that is your preference why not just stay in the States. The Mexican waitresses are friendly enough but they seem very partial to the regulars and kind of blow off the new people. Started with the nachos which had... More

Upfront, I want to say I really love this place. It has character and no pretense. However, it is kind of a dive, but a friendly and safe dive. Much of the cliental comprises ex-pats who definitely do not live up on the hill. There are nationals who wander in as well, but I think they are there just to... More

The food was OK but the entertainment was great! Omar plays live on the keyboard, music he has created to go with the silent movies. Show time is at sunset and it makes for a great night out. We were told their pizza is excellent but they weren't serving it when we were there. We had ribs that were good... More

We went on a Thursday night with friends, primarily to get their wood fired pizza, which was awesome. We stayed for good drinks and live entertainment. The staff was friendly and attentive and the whole place had a really great vibe to it! No doubt we will be going back for more fun and food soon!
