Cute bar with delicious food. We were staying at Kinnitty castle and came down here for a meal. We had a classic irish stew and a few drinks among friends. Lovely place, good service and the food was perfect. Great evening all round!

Lovely bar, in a fabulous rural location. So homely and felt so welcomed by the staff. A great pint aswell.

We love the traditional Irish music which seems to just happen in many pubs....we found group which played together and followed them around 4 different pubs on Wednesday nights. This was one of the 4 pubs and my favourite one. Great atmosphere....a bit more room....more...More

Had the best craic ever in this bar back in July. It has to be said the Landlord makes this cracking bar. Ciaran made three fellas from Belfast very welcome right from the start. Told us so much about kinnity and offaly a real history...More

Its a lovely friendly visit and all the locals will engage in some good banter.The drink is fine and fresh. The food leaves a lot to be desired.Good sandwiches .

We had a lite lunch on August 4 and it was great. Soup and brown bread was perfect. Service was friendly and professional. A nice place for a visit
