So sad to say, this once fine establishment of impeccable cuisine no longer holds the rating with me. The food was ho-hum and the service subpar. I was extremely disappointed in our time spent there. Would not go back and this has been one of my favs for a long time.

Been coming skiing to Beaver Creek from the UK for a few years. Over the fortnight we try to sample all sorts of local cuisine. Each year we make a special visit to Splendido and this time we also went to Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Booked dinner for two and was looking forward to something special. Picked up by the BC... More

I am at a meeting every year, and we always end up here instead of other options in the Village (or Vail) as our sessions finish at 7pm and no one wants to drive. I loved the place at first, but the past few years it has lost some of its edge in food and service. I called the week... More

We visit twice a year and have always loved the food and service. Our December 2015 visit was very disappointing. The menu had changed and many of our favorites were no longer available. We were some of the only people there. Our food was slow and barely warm. We decided to try a second time during our visit but the... More

We went with a large group and the service was excellent, atmosphere is very nice, bartenders know how to make wonderful cocktails but the food, the duck and scallops- were nothing to rave about and overpriced. The restaurant is located at the Ritz Carlton so that may explain the price point. My husband and I went the next day for... More

On a ski holiday from Australia [yes we can ski down here!] and arranged a birthday lunch for my wife and a few friends. Food was superb - not prissy, not extravagant; but a good solid meal that was beautiful. Also the range of foods was surprisingly good. The biggest problem with this restaurant is choosing between great meals -... More

Food was mediocre-sea bass had no flavor:) staff was condescending and rude:( not sure if it was because we had 7 people and they knew their tip was included or because we has 3 kids with us.

We consider ourselves to be "foodies" who enjoy fine dining, so we looked forward to dinner @ Spago w/ great anticipation. The overall dining experience was not favorable. The service was sub-par, and food was not up to standards. We received our 1st course w/in 10 minutes of being seated, by it took more than 90 minutes for our entrees... More

We stopped here for a late lunch after skiing. The decor and food are fabulous. We had the tuna cones as a starter. These aren't on the menu any more but they will make them for you if you ask. We then shared a burger which came already divided. Great wine list. Easy ski in, ski out location. Make a... More

Master Chef Wolfgang Puck teamed up with the award-winning Ritz-Carlton to open a Colorado outpost of his legendary Spago at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Spago continues to set the standard for cuisine, service and style. Chef Jared Montarbo creates imaginative, California cuisine with regional, European and Asian influences in a sophisticated, warm environment crafted by esteemed New York-based hospitality designer Tony Chi. The menu features Spago's classics from over the years and Wolfgang's childhood favorites - Organic Salmon Steamed "Hong Kong" Style and Veal "Wiener Schnitzel"- as well as new signature dishes locally inspired by the surrounding environment with as many ingredients from the area as possible. The 4,400 square foot restaurant features a hip and sophisticated 34-seat bar and lounge which is the ideal place to see and be seen.

Spago closes for the 2015 Winter Season on March 31st, 2015 and reopens for the 2015 Summer Season on July 1st, 2015.
