Our driver from "USA Transfers" recommend stopping here on they way back from Tulum. Tables on the beach, fresh sea food, traditional Mexican food. Very relaxing and excellent food, but hard to find.

Visited here last week with friends visiting from Toronto. We came at our driver's suggestion and it was "spot on". It was about 4pm and we hadn't eaten since breakfast so we were starving. We ordered a large fried fish and while we waited we had shrimp quesadillas, guacamole, beans and salsa. It disappeared so fast we kept ordering more.... More

Some of the freshest and tastiest fish I've ever eaten - we had the ceviche, fried fish and guacamole and it was all brilliant. Amazing food, amazing view - can't ask for more really!

It is as tucked away as you've heard but just head down the gravel road opposite Oscar & Lalo's and keep going. There's a security gate just after road bends to run parallel to beach. They'll just wave you thru. Continue on the road long past the point you think you're lost the road ends at their parking lot. Organization... More

So this is the place you should go for lunch after a full morning of swimming around the Cenotes. It's right on the beach with some hammocks nearby and you will have one of the best seafood meals ever. You should definitely get the ceviche which is HUGE (probably 2-3 pounds) and comes with a ton of tortilla chips. It's... More

Everything was excellent. The place is great, in a private little beach, what's better than that? Food is so fresh and so good, it's worth the drive down there. Service was also great.. a little slow but not bad at all anyway.

Finally found our way to Chamico's Restaurant on the Bay. It is easier to access from 307, turn down the road across from Oscar & Lalos, and go to the end of the dirt road, and there you will find this gem of a place. We got there from first visiting the Casa Cenote, further down the road at Tankah... More

Ceviche paradise! My husband and I came here due to a recommendation by a receptionist at our hotel in Tulum who said he went with his friends there often during the summer. So happy we heeded his advice! While driving there is a bit off the beaten path- it is worth it. They have tables throughout the beach, right on... More

We would have never found this place without Playa Private Tours. What a place! The ceviche, lobster and quesadilla's were so fresh and good. The view and the beach outstanding. A must do visit if in Tulum.

I can honestly say this was one of the best (if not THE best) meal I've ever eaten. I will admit it was not just because of the food, it followed a wonderful day exploring Tulum w my amazing boyfriend who had taken me away for my birthday (Tulum was on my bucket travel list). BUT Chamico's is located down... More
