What a busy place - we were lucky to get a seat in the shady gravelled garden under a huge tree. Here we indulged mid-morning in a second breakfast. Good scrambled eggs and potato, tomatoes and excellent coffee. A place with a real buzz and deservedly so. We had read in the guidebook that it was a gem and they... More

Such a great place, consistently great breakfast. Mika gives us a hug, other serving staff are very friendly. Makes me smile.

Things change so fast in Tulum; lots of turnover. Thank goodness for Azafran!! Still awesome! Consistent, delicious! Welcoming and very friendly.

Have been here quite often in the last two visits to Tulum. The hangover breakfast is always great. It is a small kitchen so if it is packed it may take a while for the food but this is Tulum where are you going, relax and enjoy the great coffee and the spectacular setting.

It was a great experience. Very lovely people working there. Food was great and not expensive. Coffee and fresh juice already included in the price. Definitely recommend visit that lovely spot.

This is one of those places that I decided to try based on reviews. I still can't understand why it is so popular. The menu is very limited, the food was not only not great, but terrible. We asked for bread and they said they had none. Service is slow - I am used to slow in Mexico, and in... More

hello Opinionmia guess, you just had bad luck that day. these are busy times for us. our food is straight homemade, so under no circumstances we go out and buy from any street vendor for our customers, much less run to the corner store and buy Bimbo bread. most reviews give us excellent ratings for our homemade food. you may... We spent 5 days in tulum and this was our favorite breakfast. The setting is beautiful and wait staff friendly. The hangover breakfast includes juice (delicious) and coffee. The bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, and mashed potatoes were all amazing. Wish we discovered it before our last meal. Would recommend! 115 pesos I think.

Has brunch here and it was outstanding! 550 pesos for the most amazing food for five people. Unreal!

Make your way to the garden for a zen-like experience. Recommend the hangover and deli breakfast. Staff is amazing.

This is not a dash in, order, eat your food and get out restaurant. This is a special place to enjoy with special friends. The pace is leisurely even tho the place may be nearly empty or full. Each plate is prepared individually with love and care. So, be ready to enjoy leisurely service, great food, and the company you... More
