The roast potatoes were so wonderful we went back to get them to add to our breakfast at our condo. The chicken is very tasty and great rotisserie chicken and always fresh. A quick fast dinner and a few seats next to where you order .

Best chicken in town ... we know, we live here !! Be sure to get their #3 ... it is a dinner for two ... whole chicken, potatoes, salad, rice, peppers and a big bottle of Coke. What a deal !!

Fresh grill chicken everyday at a local price! Very popular with the locals. Near the beach and near the entrance of Playacar. Rice is not very good... But really good chicken !

I tried a few times to get chicken here based on good reviews. Whenever I'd go, the chicken would be sold out....good sign I thought! No, not really! Finally got our chicken and potatoes and it was so incredibly dry it was hard to eat. The flavour wasn't even that great. The potatoes were not great either and the rice... More

You must try this place. Most people get take out but they do have a few seats to eat in. The chicken is roasted on a spit while they cook little potatoes underneath soaking up all the flavourful juices from the chicken. The chicken is moist and juicy and has so much flavour! It is a good deal. One whole... More

Eat here every time I'm in Playa. Usually a couple times. Very affordable, extremely tasty. Always fresh. Have to make sure you're on time to pick up your chicken because it sells out quite regularily. Highly recommend this place. As a matter of act going back in a few days!!

We were wandering around Playa Del Carmen, were hungry, and stopped at El Pechugon. What a find! Prices were great, but the chicken and potatoes were amazing - the potatoes cook in the chicken drippings and are salted, seriously the best ever. My vegetarian daughter broke her diet for them. I wish we had this in the States!

We were here in April 2016 and had lunch here twice. We have now purchased tickets and are going back to this place in October. We are going to go there many times. We are from Vancouver Canada and tried so much to find chicken that taste that good but no luck so far. The potatoes, rice and jalapenos are... More

Forget McDonalds or grubby take aways; Come here for succulent, well seasoned delicious rotisserie chicken!! The meals are fantastic value for money. You choose what size chicken you want (whole, half, quarter). Half chicken was about 63 pesos. All chicken comes with a portion of rice, tortillas and spicy sauce. I also recommend buying a side of potatoes (25 pesos),... More

My review has not changed since last year. This place is the best. Don't bling when you walk on the street you will miss it. They have a small counter with about 8 or 9 chairs. Not many gringos know about this place and if they did there would be a line down the street. This year I had the... More
