We caught barracuda on a fishing trip & the captain took it here for them to cook it for us. We loved it! They cooked it 4 different ways, my favorite was the ceviche. They were super nice & all the food was delicious!

This little restaurant seats maybe 32 guests, next to a great scuba/dive shop. The food is fresh and the staff should own it because they care so much! Just as if they do own it. The Hot Cakes are small, tender and delicious, served with maple syrup, butter and bananas. The fruit is cut to order and can be served... More

Full of fishermen and locals so you know it's good. Perhaps THE cleanest restaurant I've seen in playa. Food is fresh and hot and cheap. Booze is cold and cheap. What more do ya want?

It´s a nice place to eat in Playa. It is small and simple but the food they serve is very good! The fish is fresh and very well done, so are the tacos and the guaca mole. The people that work there is very nice.

My fiancé and I stayed at hotel next door...after searching around we came back to this place..so glad we did!! We ate breakfast here everyday. The prices are fantastic but it was the food and service that kept us coming back for 12 days. Juan and his family were wonderful to us and our only regret was that we did not... More

This place looks very small and quiet from the outside but it was some of the best food we'd eaten. It was so cheap and delicious and the 'large' cocktails were a winner. We could have two or three drinks each, a meal and still not exceed £20 for the two of us including a tip! Fantastic and very clean... More

This is a small local place that I walked past several times and finally decided to give it a shot. The place is nothing fancy, but the food is great and very reasonably priced. I wish we had tried it sooner! It is located directly beside Club Yebo hotel and Phantom dive shop. They have a $75 peso special where... More

My family ate lunch here after we came back from our Tulum ruins tour. We asked the locals where to eat seafood at a local restaurant and was directed here. We ordered two fried big fish snappers to share the 4 of us, as well as pina coladas and mango margaritas, and Sol beer. The fish was delicious and the... More

We stopped here thanks to TAdv and it was a good decision. The place is away from the fifth avenue buzz as it serves local food. By noon the restaurant is full of local folks and mexican tourists - a good sign. Food is delicious, specially the ones with the fresh octopus. Prices are really good and they have good... More
