This place is not for everyone but we loved it. It is close to the Tulum colectivo station and is always busy. My wife and I split a half chicken for lunch and that filled us up. This cost 60 pesos (about $3 US) and the chicken was incredible. You also get rice and pickled red onions - very good... More

We were told about this place by s true d who lived in playa del carmen. I can honestly say it's the best I've ever had, four of us had 2 whole chickens and they come with everything in the picture. I think we maybe paid 230 pesos? Best lunch by far!

On the corner of Calle 2 and 20th Ave. sits this unassuming little place. We ate here for the first time in January of 2016 and literally spent the next year dreaming about coming back. Nope, not kidding. If you didn't already know this place makes chicken and chicken only. Walking by you might be put off by the chain... More

Don't miss this one! They have great juicy chicken at such a low cost. 1/2 a chicken is about $3 usd, and that feed two of us. It's located just a few minutes walk away from 5th avenue. Past the colectivos and across from a school. They were friendly and service was fast. We were recording a video from our... More

A delicious lunch at this corner 20 ave y 2 Calle. Full of locals enjoying this juicy moist chicken, served 1/4, 1/2 or whole with side order of rice, onions, tortillas and a salsa.

I absolutely LOVE these restaurants! Incredible quality, amazing staff. You can't go wrong. On a diet? Bring a bag of chopped veggies and skip the tortillas. On a budget? You will eat like a king. The best flavor and soooo cheap!! ALL REAL FOOD nothing fake or processed. EVERYTHING MADE BY HAND. FRESH. EVERYDAY!!

I stumbled upon this place quite by accident, by exploring the local neighborhoods away from Avenida Quinta (5th Avenue). What a find this place is....by far the best meal in all of PDC. First of all, they only do chicken. Secondly you either order a whole chicken, 1/2 or 1/4 chicken. The meals come with fresh corn tortillas, rice, pickled... More

Ok first thing first. This place is a real mexican restaurant, what i mean by that is not to much English speaking persons here. Everthing in Spanish. But dont let that stop you from going because i know no Spanish. They are known for there roasted chicken tacos. Very very good chicken. All you need to know is 1/2 or... More

Very inexpensive, unique, friendly, local place. The chicken is really something special, plus the rice, salsa, tortillas and pickled onions all make for an experience that will have you wanting to come back again!

Delicious BBQ chicken with rice and tortillas. Great salsa. Very quick service. If you order the 1/2 chicken dinner, be very hungry as you get a lot. We had two half chicken dinners with all the fixings and two pops for $150.pesos $12.CDN tip included. Great value for tasty food.
