I have dined here a couple of times to celebrate birthday or family visits. Service and food are excellent. Relaxing and fine atmosphere. Recommended!

A fine and popular location to dine out. Great selection and pleasant service mixed into a noisy and active atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff and very reasonable pricing. Adds up to a good time and good food.
Walking distance to our hotel, we were pleased with both the service and the food. It's extensive seafood menu left almost no tastes unsatisfied, unless you wanted meat or poultry. I enjoyed my periwinkle appetizer, and my husband loved his fish stew. Service was efficient.
Went to La Pigua for dinner. Took an Euber from main shopping area, (coat like 2 bucks) shrimp outstanding-bug bowl and it was only around 105 pesos! Octopus Agua chile: excellent. I had the fish Moja de ajo:excellent. Fish was a groper. Service was great...More

Lunch was excellent. Started with mixo cerviche. The coconut shrimp was best I've had and tastefully presented. Tried the fish stuffed with crab...a bit spicy for my taste but it is my friends favorite dish from there.
Our group had lunch at La Pigua, and everyone was immensely happy. Great space and great food!! Highly recommend this restaurant even if you have to take a cab!!
