The food is awesome and authentic and the service was fabulous. We had a dish called Tikin Xic Fish. It was superb! The location was light, airy and fun.

We had a little time to kill before our boat left so we stopped here for a beer and a snack. The fish tacos and guacamole were delicious! Nice water view and good service as well.

Service was pretty awful, they spent more time standing on the walkway trying to get people inside than they did taking care of the customers they had. They were also a pretty spendy place, I feel there were other restaurants with better selection and fares. There was a guy going around taking photos of tourists and charging money. At first... This restaurant is our favorite on Isla Mujeres. We've eaten there on previous visits and were back there a couple of times this visit. Food is delicious, the location is good and the staff are excellent.

We went here to get my husband's beloved Mexican shrimp cocktail. It did not disappoint. No better place than Isla with all the access to fresh crustaceans. The cocktail is loaded with them. On a whim we decided to try the flan for dessert. Oh. My. Word. It will ruin you on eating flan anywhere else. It's not just the... More

We ate at Mocambo 3 times in a week. The best was the whole fish (snapper) deep fried and it was fantastic really fantastic. The ceviche was good too. When we sat down we got our drinks from a smiling waiter. While we were waiting some fishermen brought in a box of fish - fresh out of the ocean! We... More

We stopped for guacamole and margaritas while at carnivale. Good stuff. Gracious staff. Right near the ferry.

Outdoor seating at tables on the sand, nice view of fishing boat dock and ocean. Food was okay, limited option for vegetarian. A Mexican tourist couple nearby had screaming children whom they encouraged to run around and scream. We asked them to control the kids and instead they smirked and whispered to the kids who escalated the disruptive behavior. We... More

Don't use your credit card in this place, someone tried to make charges to my card after I ate in this restaurant. I was lucky that my bank denied the charges.

A taxi driver recommended this place. We wanted something different from American inspired. Amazing ceviche and seafood platter right on the beach. Don't let the lack of reviews fool you. Great lunch spot!!!
