Outdoor seating, great waitstaff, we had prosciutto and melon, burrata, Cacio and Pepe (excellent) risotto with mushrooms (excellent) and their house dish Fettuccine Alfredo (not impressed). Very welcoming atmosphere and we overall enjoyed our visit.

I was here in 2010 and again in 2016. This restaurant is located at the Intercontinental Presidente Hotel. It overlooks the water and the view is lovely. This time that we were there, my husband and I took my brother and sister-in-law who had just gotten married hours earlier elsewhere. This was essentially their wedding dinner. We told the staff... I was really disappointed by how bad service was, but more frustrated by the food they served. My Wife ordered a Fish that tasted so bad that she had to send it back. I ordered Pasta, and my surprise was that it wasn't even al dente, and it had nothing to do with a dish called the same way (Fetuccini... More

A nice restaurant, probably the best one in the Intercontinental hotel. Unfortunately also the most expensive. The food was good and the service excellent. Suggested if you are willing to spend quite a bit more than the average restaurant in Mexico

We dined here on Valentine's Day for the special set course menu. We went in not knowing what to expect and were planning to order from the menu. We then found out that there was a wine pairing that went with the special set menu. It was also priced very well, so we decided to go for it and we... More

OK, the Fettuccini Alfredo is to die for, but beyond that singular entre, this place is average at best. My veal chop was dry and oversalted, and the appetisers and salads were nothing special. Add in an expensive wine list and wines served much too warm, and the evening ended up largely a bust.

We were excited to try fettuccine alfredo from the original family. Now we can say that we have, though we probably wouldn't return when we next find ourselves in Cozumel. The food was not bad (considering it was Italian food in Mexico), but it was nothing notable either. Appetizers were decent, wine was a little overpriced (even though it is... More

It indeed has the best alfredo in Cozumel, but it also has a lovely atmosphere. One of the few spots in the island where you can dress up, and have a lovely evening in a 5 star restaurant.

My husband and I always wanted to try Alfredo di Roma but we were skeptical about having Italian food in Mexico...don't make the same mistake we did, their food is out of this world! We have travelled to Italy before and the food and atmosphere is everything, if not more, like you would find in Italy! The service is amazing,... More
