"comida corrida" homemade food at a very good price. Locals come here because of it's quality-price relation. They serve two plates for a fixed price. Very clean. It has big tables so everybody can sit together.

Super homemade food, nice atmosphere, very inexpensive and convenient. What else can you say? We've gone to this place 3 or 4 times over the last 5 years, always good, authentic Mexican food, and I am Mexican! (Not tacos, the real thing!)

First, the TA map showing the location of Los Chilangos is completely wrong. You will be driving all day and give up if you are using it. It is on the other side of town. To go to Los Chilangos, get to the large super market, Chedraui. Then turn on XEL-HA and drive up two blocks after Chedraui. Turn left... More

Four of us stopped here after diving for lunch. Note that these guys are only open between noon and 5:00 pm. You actually are eating in the living room of someone's house. There is seating for maybe 20 people at a time. The people were really nice. Each meal begins with a noodle soup, chips, and green salsa. 3 of... More

We just returned from a four week vacation in Cozumel and this small home based restaurant was one of the best we ate at. It is only open during the day through the week and there only about eight choices of what to eat each day. Each meal includes a soup, entree and a pitcher of juice. The entree comes... More

felt like I had been invited into someone's private home for a full lunch meal. We went because they were preparing chicken mole that day and it was reputed to be the best. I have never liked mole I was served until I ate the succulent, rich mole here. The layers of flavor were so complex but well melded that... More
