We decided to stop here with our two kids on our way out of Chichen Itza - it's right outside the exit. We had the best time. The bathrooms are clean and super nice. The menu was diverse and all three of our dishes were delicious - the total bill was $26, so definitely not more than a meal in... More

After an exhausting visit to the Chichen Itza site, we ended up having our lunch at Oxtun restaurants. They have a variety of dishes and drinks. We had a delicious guacamole for starters and a mixed seafood ceviche and a t-bone steak as main course, which were very good too. Definitely not a tourist trap as it is often the... More

Everybody is extremely nice in Yucatán. This restaurant is no exception. From the hostess to the bar man. everyone is so nice. But the best thing about this place is, obviously, the food. My family is from Mérida so I've been eating Yucatan food all my life. I must say this is one of the best I've had. And after... More

This place is a blessing for those visiting chichen itza! We went there on a winter noon, yet we were so hot and drained after the visit. Stepping out of the place, we saw this restaurant which had most yelp reviews, and we quickly decided to grab some food and drinks here. There is an AC sitting section which is... More

My wife wanted to eat here. I objected. Thought it would be boring food onsite at Chichen Itza. Was I Wrong!! Excellent. Fernando was fantastic. Ask for him. Tip him well. They include a measly tip in the bill. Double it. Fresh and good Mexican fare. Even cappuccino excellent!!

Went with a large group after a tour of the Chichen Itza grounds and we were all surprised by the quantity and quality of the food. I had pasta and my husband had a local chicken specialty and only wished we could take the rest back to the hotel. Several people ordered the nachos and raved about how good they... More

Roger was very kind. We eat a salad and a quesadilla. I'm vegetarian so that was almost my only option. Anyway everything was perfect.

As you would expect it is very overpriced for what it is - due to its location near the entrance. Food was of reasonable quality but is just a shame to feel a bit ripped off.

I was surprised how good the food and service was in a touristy place like this. Modern take on Yucatan dishes, large portions, quick and efficient service. Worth a visit after a long day!

Stopped for a quick lunch on our way out of Chichen Itza. As you would expect, the prime location commands some prime prices, but we were willing to pay for the convenience. I had a unique burger with a local twist -- included a shrimp / cornmeal patty along with guac. Very good fruit smoothies.
