Quite small and can get busy. Food wasn't bad when we visited and the drinks were cold. Quite modern but shame it has no windows. Quite peaceful compared to the main airport. Been to better but been to worse! Dont think its as bad as most reviews make out.

We have been to lounges all over the world and would have to say this one is not great, yes it's a nice room away from the hustle from the main airport but the small room and one toilet is not great. The choice of food is very poor and no bottle water in stock. Use it but don't expect... More

If passing through Cancun Airport terminal 3, stop by the MERA Business Lounge. Nice escape with cocktails, snacks and appetizers. See Ricardo for the cocktail of the day. Our visit the time was a handcrafted sangria.

We usually visit airport lounges where possible, but having read the reviews on here we were a little reluctant. However, with a two hour delay, two children and one sick traveller we just couldn't face sitting in the hell that is Cancun T2 departures area. The lounge is overpriced (especially if you book through Thompson), and was very crowded when... More

Skip this one. The same company operates a decent lounge in Puerto Vallarta so I thought we'd be ok. Still serving a nasty looking breakfast offering at noon, no windows, limited seating. As painful as it is to say this I think you'd be better off at Bubba Gumps.

This was my third time at this lounge. I never thought that the place was a model of cleanliness, but we have priority pass. Well, this time around, as I was moving chairs around to accommodate my family of four, I saw a cockroach scuttle away as I fidgeted with a table. I didn't want to horrify my family, so... More

The lounge is nice, but it was so overcrowded the day we were here that we couldn't find a place to sit, the food was low and had long lines, and it took 20 minutes to even get a drink. The wifi did not work because there were too many people on it, but we found that there were two... More

My husband & I arrived at the airport way too early (due to scheduling of our transfer service) so we were happy to use our Priority Pass benefits at the MERA lounge. It was really crowded and noisy for most of our ~2 hour stay. The lounge had a few small tables, then other seating areas (each with it's own... More

Remodeled but completely overcrowded with poor to tasteless food. The water must be asked for and only comes in small bottles. AND ... a word of CAUTION for those traveling with family. You get only one guest with PriorityPass and you will be charged $27USD for a kid to join you AND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. You sign the... More
