All the dishes are so carefully cooked, with a lot of detail in the mix of flavors and textures as well as the presentation. Fish is extremely fresh, some products even come fresh directly from Japan. All the sushi bar team is perfectly trained to...cut and serve the fish in the proper way. You should definitely try "Kampachi al cilantro", "Akami trufado", "Hamachi serrano", "Alaskan roll" and of course a sample of all the nigiris. Really, if I had to make a list I would include almost all the menu.
Now, talking about the main courses, they have got a Josper to cook all the proteins, which make them even more tasty because of the smoky flavor and tenderness it gives ro the meat. Their Wagyu is so good and fresh, totally a must as well.
Going to Kai is a complete experience. Apart from their delicious food, the ambiance is so cozy, they take care of each detail, music (80's and 90's), the decoration is in sync with the place.
