Right in the Zolalo. Again have to walk up many stairs. El Atrio is Mexican and Santa Prisca is pizza. Don't go when they have a bus tour. They give them a set menu and then you don't get any service.
The view from the several balconies is very pleasant. Restaurant is clean, comfortable. Guacamole was average. Wait staff very friendly.
I was there with a group tour, and we were taking there because it was "good for tourists" because they made the food "not spicy". Basically, they had a buffet of bland food: spaghetti, mashed potatoes... not what you'd expect to be eating in Mexico....More
