Amazing woodoven pizzas. Can get enough of them! Attention very good and a nice atmosphere with some live music. Highly recommendable!

This is one of the best places i have ever been in Oaxaca. Not only the pizzas are great, the salads amaizing, the desert extraordinary, but the service and the vibe were perfect! We got a margarita pizza with extra topins and the mascarpone cheese...More

To start, the glaring fluorescent lights are unappealing at dinner, and the ambience is sterile and lacking in warmth. The wait staff was laconic to say the least. The chef seemed more interested in visiting with his friends than cooking. The salads and pizzas were...More

I walk by this place all the time and decided to give it a try. This is some of the best pizza i'v ever had. I come from Chicago and I am usually pretty picky about my pizza. It's basically Italian style meets the fresh...More

A friend studying Spanish in Oaxaca recently introduced me to Nimbus - Cocina Creativa. This is a small family-run restaurant a short walk out of the Historic Centre, and certainly well worth that walk! Hostess Maria de los Angeles (Angie) welcomes guests warmly and her...More
