if you can wrangle a seat overlooking the Zocalo. I couldn't, but was still satisfied. Can't say it was the best meal I've had in Oaxaca, but It was good. The service may be the best I've had in Oaxaca. Everyone was pleasant and attentive.

We sat on the terrace with direct view to the Zocalo and could enjoy the hustle and bustle happening on the main square. The food was excellent, we had grasshoppers with guacamole as starters and traditional mole dishes. The staff was very polite.
