Bellini Restaurant is on the 45th floor of the WTC. We were told it's the world's largest revolving resturant. We went there for drinks and dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed the view and live piano playing.

Have been to a couple of girating restaurants in my time and this place looks beaten down. There was no ambiance and the food was average.
