It felt just like being in Spain!! Great boquerones, authentic Lucio style eggs, outstanding pan con tomate, lovely chuletón....and a Mahou!! And after a great meal and service...tarta de Santiago. You can’t beat it!!

I have been to Las Chanclas a few times, and it’s always jam-packed with people. I consider that a good sign. Specially when it’s not because the place is not in the right location. Last time I was there, I had the huevos rotos with...More

I came here with friends including a Spaniard. Everyone enjoyed the food with the croquettas and huevos rotos getting top marks. I was surprised by how tasty the simple aubergine slices were. The house salsa is great. However the pulpo was chewy and dry and...More

The place is small with a Spanish mood. The service is very helpful and the food is simple but amazing. It is a good place for going with friends. It is a portion of Spain in Mexico.

Food and service are excellent. Tops Beware!! if you visit with your same-sex partner or a flamboyant friend, you will be comfronted by patrons offended by your demeanor and language. It is a place where bullfight enthusiasts go.

All dishes are delicious. Very well thought entrees and tapas. A very interesting wine list, with a complete pricing range. I recommend a visit to this restaurant. The only downside is that dishes take long to arrive to your table.
