I went with a friend for a drink and some starters! We had the tuna tartar and the meet carpaccio, they are both really good. But the best part about this restaurant is the ambiance they create with live music. Super recommended for catching up with friends or pregaming

The lunch was good overall despite a shaky start trying to get seated and receive menus. Drinks arrived promptly as did the bread. Our table enjoyed the soup and mussels more than the calamari. We could have done without the overly loud street musicians but that's not the restaurant's fault.

Food was tasty - compliments to the kitchen for a job well done. However as others have commented, the service was deplorably slow and remarkably indifferent. Restaurant was not busy enough justify this in any way. As an explanation for slow service, our waiter explained he wasn't our waiter. And he told us this on two occasions? If you enjoy... More

went there on a Sunday while in Mexico City ( not many restaurants open on a Sunday ) reservation booked by a local friend ...restaurant has a nice atmosphere, live band was playing ( a bit too loud as we were inside and could barely talk ). Food was good, but nothing special...had duck tacos but they sounded better on... More

The location, decor, lightning and live music, all of that is great. The food was average. The chicken sandwich was good, the salad poor and the crab soufflé ok. It's expensive. I don't like that there are a lot of people smoking at the boardwalk tables and all the smoke gets inside the restaurant. Very disturbing.

I go here quite often for breakfast. I love the location in Polanco and the sidewalk seating is great for some fresh air and people watching. The food is typical bistro with some Mexican mixed in. They have a cart of fresh cut fruit that comes around which is a nice touch, and the chilaquiles are good.

We had a nice dinner here. But I can see why some of the reviews are poor. Yes it is a snob spot. But it was nice to find a busy restaurant on a Sunday evening. They had live jazz on too which was a bonus. The food is average and overpriced. The waiter was miserable and not particularly good.... More

Arrogant service, average food, overly popular spot for nothing. If you want to be seen and that is your only concern, this is your place. If you get a table.

Last night I had a Steak Frite, everything was just perfect. It was crowded and people in general were very happy. But the time before this, the Entrecote Frite wasn't so good and the music band made it impossible to talk. So I guess sometimes it's great and sometimes just nice.

Although this place is in a prime location, the service sucks big time. The food is mediocre. I am not coming back to this restaurant ever. The usher is rude and does not have customer service skills. Never again!
