Two of us celebrated our birthdays at El Sacromente. What a memorable meal! I enjoyed the salad "Dolores del Rio," then "Queen Elizabeth's Crown as an entree. The crown consisted of huge shrimp, standing on the fat end with the tail in the air. Somehow...More

We tried the empanadas from the house. Loved them! Worth to try it. Salads are big, heavy and delicious! Definitely they serve big portions. The service is good. However, I felt they were pressuring us to order more than what we actually wanted.

One of the best mexican food I've ever had: CHILES EN NOGADA! At Sacromonte they are a specialty, and they can only be ordered between July and September. I also loved the QUESADILLAS with roses. The place is very nice, quiet and typical. Strongly suggested!

A traditional Mexican restaurant with good range of Mexican dishes, average value I would say; service also of the traditional kind - mature gentlemen in no hurry; in fact, some might say distinctly slow). My robalo (sea bass) was OK, nothing special. Ambience is very...More
