Cafe Bohemio is a regular favorite for us in Puerto Vallarta. We always seem to order the traditional Mexican dishes, which are always good. The menu is quite varied, including some comfort food dishes. The outdoor dining area is fun and the staff is always friendly and efficient. There are a lot of regular patrons and you're welcomed as a... More

Food is good, staff is friendly, and there is always a lot of high energy and fun. Menu is VERY extensive. Not sure there needs to be so many options. The soup is always an exceptional starter!

We were so warmly greated at this sweet little cafe. The service was absolutely my favorite in all the places we visited. Our waiter was so charming and the owner, Sol, spent quite a bit of time with us (and other customers as well). My husband and I both had the meatloaf which was SO good, I want the recipe!... More

You gotta love Sol. He is a wonderful character and really tries hard but everything about the place seems like utter confusion. The place was packed and after a nice candle lighting ceremony, the food came out. The matzo balls in the soup and the pasta dessert shared the low points of the meal. The chopped liver and brisket were... More

I have eaten here several times in prior years and this year went for Christmas Eve dinner. Chef Sol not only prepared a delicious five course meal with two entrees, but also sang and danced to the delight of my fellow diners. The soup was amazing (roasted chicken with lime broth with roasted fresh corn, carrots, potatoes, winter beans and... More

For a midprice restaurant the food is good and service friendly and efficient that is why we return here at least once a week. The open air dinining is set aside from the sidewalk and traffic noises.

On our annual trip to Puerto Vallarta, we are always looking forward to re-visiting this old favourite. There are many restaurants in this area of PV, the Zona Romantica in old PV, but we find that this restaurant is the one that we come back to more often than any others. The reasons are that we are recognized by the... More
